School Policy

Tropical Cyclones and Heavy Persistent Rain Arrangements:
1) When Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal Pre-No. 8 / No. 8 or above is issued 2 hours before your lesson, the lesson will be cancelled, even when all tropical cyclone signals are cancelled before your class time.
2) When Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is issued 2 hours before your lesson, the lesson will be cancelled, even when all Rainstorm Warning Signal are cancelled before your class time.
3) The tuition will be deducted for any lesson that is cancelled due to typhoon or rainstorm warning signal.

If you have any concern about the status of the class, please contact us via Whatsapp or call us before you come to our centre. If there’s no answer within 2 hours before the scheduled class time, it means that the lesson is cancelled.
